My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff, particularly Rajat and Reena, were exceptional, making me feel like part of their family. However, the check-out delays of other guests affected my room readiness, and the lack of sound isolation and privacy due to the main door issues detracted from my comfort. Additionally, the room felt too cold with air infiltration from the corridor.
